Yes and no... I don't think that Goodra will leave again but this time after the whole XY&Z arc he will simply be left with Prof. Oak so we will forget about him :yeahyeah:

I think that Ash, as always, will reboot his journey and go to Alola only with Pikachu, so Goodra won't stay with him.
