The Pokemon Company has announced a new anime series that will debut in 2023.
This new series, Pocket Monsters (2023), will air in April 2023 in Japan and features two new main characters, Riko and Roy, who start their Pokémon journey with Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly.

I've been seeing theories around that they are Ash and Serena's daughter and Goh and Chloe's son. And while that would be interesting I'm most curious about the girl's necklace. I feel like they are drawing a lot of attention to it.

I want to know more about the two new characters (I have read somewhere that Riko isn't her full name but she won't say the real name but I don't know if it's true or not)
I think that those two are separate characters and not the daughter/son of Ash & someone and Go and Chloe but... we'll know when the series will air

Honestly, I hope they aren't related to out to current protagonists at all. I would love for them to be completely separate but perhaps meet Ash on their journeys.

For now the only thing that we know are the two new characters and their starter Pokémon... we don't know if old characters (Prof. Oak, Team Rocket and so on) will make a cameo

He is the very best right now... so it's not easy for the writers to have him as a main character... I really hope that he will return in the new series as a mentor

I'm honestly really glad I had the chance to see him achieve his dream all the way from the very beginning. It's bittersweet that it's over but he did it.

we know that:
- Ash will discover what being a Pokémon Master is
- Describes Satoshi as "always ten years old" and mentions this a lot in the interview
- He says that we will see Ash again somewhere in the future
