We have a funny bootleg today XD

This plush (a bootleg with Pikachu's face) is involved in a recent scandal where the Maipú town hall (located in Santiago, Chile) spent $54.978.000 on 15.000 of those bootleg plushies (the yellow one is called Rencain and the blue one is called Sampina)
