Two new characters for the upcoming anime season have been revealed.
The first episode will air in Japan on November 17th in a one hour special.

Professor Sakuragi is the head of the Sakuragi Laboratory in Vermilion City in the Kanto region. He research Pokémon while supporting Ash and Go.
He will be voiced by Yuichi Nakamura, who previously played N in "Best Wishes!"

Koharu is a 10 year old girl who goes to school. She is the daughter of Prof. Sakuragi and has been friends with Go since she was little. Her partner Pokémon is Yamper.
She will be voiced by Kana Hanazawa.
