That's a Swoobat. So it's Skyla with probably Elesa flying with Emolga.
Another thing, Emolga have a hidden ability that give a electric immunity. Hidden ability that were create in gen 5 via the DreamWord thing. So it could be a way to bring the Hidden ability and save everyone from a litteral Fusion Bolt to the face.

We all know that B2W2 is near the ending and Yamamoto confirmed today that vol. 54-55 will be released in 2020! As some of you know, in XY there's 7 extra chapters published in the "Pokémon Fan" magazine that weren't collected in the mini-volumes but Yamamoto confirmed that those chapters will be added to the regular volumes!
