Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Patch 1.2 now available

The new patch for Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon is now available on the eShop. This patch (version 1.2) is required to go online. The file size is 539 blocks.
This patch implements several adjustments to improve the overall gaming experience.

Version 1.2 includes fixing these issues:

• fix a bug where Curse, String Shot, Forest's Curse, and Power Trick could cause the game to freeze during Live Competitions
• Various bug fixes

NOTE: Battle Videos saved prior to the update cannot be played or shared

HOW TO UPDATE:
To download updates for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, you have four simple options:

• try to launch the game from the Home Menu (you need to beconnected to the internet). You should get a prompt when doing so: just follow the instructions on-screen;
• search for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon in the Nintendo eShop and select the update for your version
  Note: you need to download the update for each version you own;
• use the QR code that you can find below;
• use the option in the Nintendo eShop Settings page.

To check that you have the latest version of Pokémon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon, simply launch the game: you should see the version number on the main screen, in the top right corner of the bottom screen (Ver. 1.2 in that case).

(seriously... why the hell we can't see our old videos??? In XY/ORAS everything worked really well! )

@lxMattAranxl : not confirmed but seems that the old videos can work with version 1.2

Oddly, unlike previous game updates, this patch is minor enough that it does not break existing battle videos. Both 1.1 and 1.2 use version 111 of the battle video engine.

version 111 maybe they wanted to write 1.1? Whatever... we need someone to try this I need to know if my videos are safe or not

I can confirm that this time videos made in version 1.1 can be played in version 1.2!!
